• Weekly Site walks with Contractor to monitor the progress and compare the weekly look-ahead plans
• Point of contact for Change Management (FCRs), diferent monitoring trackers, procurement logs, outstanding issues & Snag List Main Projects: Development of Hamad Port Container Terminal Phase 2 (CT2).
