DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY
•Supervision of fabrication and erection of piping and structural.
•Handling of 80 different tradesmen comprising of 8 Foremen and crews.
•Co-ordination with Engineering, Mechanical and Structural Department for Mechanical Completion Certificate.
•To check and verify isometric drawing as well as P&ID before start fabrication & erection.
•To carry out fit up inspection during prefabrication of piping spools before welding and carry out dimensional check and visual inspection of welding of the fabrication spool as per relevant isometric drawings.
•Prepare and check materials and fittings for every isometric drawing.
•Prepare work schedule, fabrication, erection & installation of pipes dealing with actual performance jobs.
•Supervise the field installation, erection, hydro test & inspection of pipe.
•Submit weekly report regarding the progress on the assigned area.
•To maintain and enforce a safe working environment.
•To ensure the proper execution of inspection and test in accordance with the field quality control plan.
•Line checking as per test package and preparation of punch list items.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY
•To ensure that all sites activities are performed in environmentally safe are responsible manner.
•Co-ordinate with client and sub-contractor in execution of remedial solution or any discrepancy between actual and design condition.
•Supervising piping works to be performed as per our company quality policy and insure the compliance with established construction schedule and project requirements.

•Checking of isometrics as per Piping layout, P & ID and Piping specification, modification of P & IDs as per designed isometrics.
•Material Take Off (MTO) and Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation.
•Fabrication details drawing of Reactor, vessel, column, Heat Exchanger.
•Preparing As-Built drawings, piping support design & checking, pipe rack design drawings.
