Perform/Review complete Mechanical Design, Detailed Engineering of Static Equipment (Pressure Vessels, Columns & Heat Exchangers) for Process Packages
in accordance with the relevant Codes & Standards.
Perform/review Structural Design Calculations of Multi Storey Skids, Spreader Beams & Lifting Design Calculations of Skid Mounted Packages in accordance
with relevant Codes & Standards.
Prepare/review Critical Line List, carry-out/review Pipe Stress Analysis, Support Selection & review of Piping Isometrics against P&IDs, Vendor Drawings,
Instrument Datasheets & Client Specs.
Provide technical guidance & check Fabrication Drawings, Foundation Layouts and Lifting Drawings prepared by Drafting Team/Vendors according to the Design Calculations, Client Specs & Company Practices.
Co-ordinate subcontracted Works with vendors for Technical issues & on time delivery to meet Project Schedules.
Prepare/review TDC (Technical Delivery Conditions) as per the applicable Codes/ Client Specifications.
Carry out technical communications/clarifications for resolving any comments or queries arising from the approval issue of the Documents with multinational
EPC clients.
Coordinate with ASME Inspector & the Fabrication Team for technical clarifications/ resolution of fabrication related issued pertaining to U-Stamp Jobs.

Perform complete Mechanical Design, Detailed Engineering & Cost Estimation of Horizontal/ Vertical Storage Tanks & Pig Launchers/ Receivers for EPC
Projects & Enquiries in accordance with the relevant Codes & Standards.
Perform Structural Design Calculations of Skids, Storage Tank Roof Structures & Tank IFRs (Internal Floating Roofs) in accordance with relevant Codes &
Standards.
Prepare TDC (Technical Delivery Conditions) & MRs (Material Requisitions) as per the applicable Codes/ Client Specifications.
Carry out technical communications/clarifications for resolving any comments or queries arising from the approval issue of the Documents with multinational
EPC clients.

Perform complete Mechanical Design, Re-rating, Detailed Engineering & Cost Estimation of Static Equipment (Pressure Vessels, Columns & Heat Exchangers) for EPC Projects & Enquiries in accordance with the relevant Codes & Standards.
Prepare Mechanical Datasheets of Static Equipment.
o Prepare TDC (Technical Delivery Conditions) as per the applicable Codes/ Client Specifications, MRs (Material Requisitions) & to check Material Test Reports in accordance with ASME Sec II part A and/or other applicable Codes.
Carry out technical communications/clarifications for resolving any comments or queries arising from the approval issue of the Documents with multinational
EPC clients.
Coordinate with ASME Inspector & the Fabrication Team for technical clarifications/ resolution of fabrication related issued pertaining to U-Stamp Jobs.
Coordinate with Process Department in sizing the Equipment & Material Selection of Static Equipment.
Coordinate with the Proposals Department in bidding of Pressure Vessels and Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers of the received enquiries according to the applicable
Codes & Client Standards, Raising of Material Requisition to the Procurement to get current prices of required items & finally to Estimate Static Equipment using Vessel Coster & self-developed Excel Sheets.

Perform Mechanical Design & Detailed Engineering of Pressure Vessels for EPC Projects in accordance with the relevant Codes & Standards.
Coordinate with Drafting Team for updating of Client Comments on Issued Drawings.
