Ensure a safe and high quality service delivery to the client and manage the Field Engineers/Technicians as well as the business within the operating location.
FIELD OPERATIONS/PROCESSES
♦ Double the efficiency and growth as Business Development Manager and approach potential clients to increase market share.
♦ Manage monthly sales forecasts and business management while developing sales & opportunities.
♦ Initiate and submit for the Operations Managers approval, requirements regarding personnel and equipment.

PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT
♦ Impart, lead and control the training of all Personnel reporting to through the implementation of the relative Technical Training Programs.
♦ Supervise the performance of every employee reporting to me and communicate with them about achievements during the regular performance appraisals.
♦ Ensure that company policies are well understood, accepted and followed by the Personnel under my supervision.
♦ Act as the Representative of the Management towards the Field, as well as of the Field towards Management.
