Design, Implementation, and Operation of
• Korek Telecom IP/MPLS Backbone and Countrywide IT Network
• IP Network of two new Tier 4 Data Centers
• Network Infrastructure and DMZ Security, IPSec and SSL VPNs, Network Firewalls, and access control management (AAA)
• BGP Multihomed redundant Internet for IT and Packet Core data services (2G/3G) for Korek subscribers.
• Move from legacy network to full IP/MPLS architecture
• Network and Data Center monitoring, alert management and reporting
• Ensure proper execution of changes aligned with business requirements
• Team building and team skill development
• Managing post-sales activities, conducting project meetings, preparing project feasibilities and looking after project implementations based on data, voice, security, and optimization.
• Meeting with customers for Pre-Sales, network design, HLDs, LLDs, BOQs, and proposals.
• Providing technical hardware, software, configuration support and troubleshooting for our SLA customers for routing, switching, security, IPT/VoIP, load balancing and network optimization products.
• Coordination with Cisco TAC for the several types of technical assistance and RMAs for our customers.
• Cisco Service Contract Center handling for Cisco Shared Support, Smart Net, and contracts etc.
• Staying in close contact with customer and handling their Pre and Post Sales complaints
• Performing post-sales activities, implementation of LAN/WAN projects and troubleshooting the networks.
• Conducting technical training for corporate clients major focusing on deployed WAN and Network Security infrastructure.
• Providing technical assistance to the customers and resolving the issues within the specified SLA (Service Level Agreement) timeframe.
• Managing LAN/WAN Teams for different projects and project tasks distribution according to the team skills and domain.
• Providing technical assistance to team members for efficient and successful execution of projects.
