• Orders and Packing lists & Import/Export documentation
• Checking and evaluating terms & conditions according as per L/Cs. Documentation and Following up L/C’s of Suppliers and Customers.
• Sourcing products for purchase and sales.
• Identifying the new Suppliers and customers of relevant products and maintaining correspondence with them.
• Coordinating with clearing agents to clear shipments of imports.
• Planning & carrying out work on orders in hand.
• Checking record of calls received from suppliers, buyers and banker.
• Accounting - Daily Entries, sales, purchases, General expenses, Payroll etc.
• Office Manager - Documentation, Filing, Emails, Communication with Suppliers and relevant Staff.
• Managing the Accounts of Payables and Receivables.
• Generating Quotations, Invoices, Delivery Notes, Purchase Handling of foreign buyers & Domestic Clients.
