Write customer's needs, identify the actual needs and justify the findings.
Providing quick and personalized attention to the customers.
Ensure clear and complete commitments with customers.
Prepare proper and correct estimate for customers.
Provide feedback regarding work progress to the customers.
Satisfy customers in professional way and increase customer retention.
Ensure vehicle delivery on time.
Ensure that the operation procedure is followed by every team ( Indoor / Outdoor / spare parts / call center / marketing )
Do Random check for above
Monitor daily / weekly / monthly revenue collection as per budget
Ensure required tools and parts are ordered to vendor on time
Periodic review of tools / inventory at head office and assuring that they are readily available when needed
Ensure that the planned assets are in place and utilized by the team ( inventory / tools / equipments )
Ensure that there is no wastage and accounting is done for the proper usage of consumables, tools and equipments by the operations team
Assisting & ensuring that marketing plans are executed as per schedule
Ensuring that the results of each activity is resulting in improvement of revenue and profitability
Coordinate with Marketing / sales in case of escalation
Ensure the team has a clean appearance and are in uniforms
Ensure the workshop office / floor / and stores are clean
Ensure that the entire team follows the company procedures and policies
Monthly report on COBIS is updated on BMW Germany Portal and Monthly Business Review reports and presentations are prepared & presented on time to management to the Management
Quarterly audits also done in all regions
Receive customer vehicles for service and repair jobs, inspect vehicle with customer and raise repair orders on Dealer Management Systems (DMS) as per Customer needs.
Technically understand the customer needs and requirements and accordingly raise service orders.
Provide detailed explanation on jobs to be carried out on vehicle.
Provide detailed explanation and technical justification for additional repairs with cost estimate and obtain approval from customers.
Advise customers on the required vital jobs.
Selling value added services, service contracts and accessories.
Regularly follow up with workshop controller and technicians on his vehicles and update customers regularly on the job progress and ensure delivery of the vehicle at the promised time.
Raise warranty approvals
Raise special orders for parts not available and follow up and keep customer informed.
Prepare invoices on DMS and arrange for active delivery of vehicles.
Follow up payments of credit customers and ensure collection within stipulated time.
Regularly monitor orders and ensure timely billing.
Conduct post service follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Periodically checks on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contacts the customer when technicians discover additional problems and requires customer approval to proceed; explains work to be performed and any charges that may be required
Complete the work order closing process
Obtain customer and vehicle data
Maintain necessary product knowledge and current knowledge of mechanical operations
Be responsible for quality control to ensure that work is completed properly and sufficiently as requested
Keep Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems involving repairs, customers and equipment
