Monitor all works in progress and immediately notify the responsible Field Engineer, Field Supervisor or Foreman of any activity that may not be in accordance with project specifications.
• Carry out all inspections and tests as indicated on the appropriate Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).
• Record all inspections and tests on the appropriate forms or checklist, as indicated on the relevant ITP.
• Ensure that any outstanding works or remedial work required is brought to the attention of the responsible Field Engineer, Field Supervisor or Foreman.
• Report any defective material or non-conforming activity to the QA/QC Supervisor Manager.
• Implement the Project Quality Plan, Quality Control Procedures and ITPs in coordination with Site QA/ QC Supervisor & Manager and expedite the review and approval of these documents with Contractor/Company.
• Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformance
• Initiate record and/or provide solutions for Quality problems.
• Ensure site personnel follow the Quality Assurance system.
• Coordinate with the Independent Testing Laboratory/Third party inspection and project construction in conducting tests and document and submit them for Engineer’s representative for approval.

• Look after the surveillance at site, record review, and submit RFI to client representative.
