• Material & Work inspection with respect to the material approval and IFC drawing which is approved by Client.
Monitor all works in progress and immediately notify the responsible Field Engineer, Field Supervisor or Foreman of any activity that may not be in accordance with project specifications.
• Carry out all inspections and tests as indicated on the appropriate Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).
• Record all inspections and tests on the appropriate forms or checklist, as indicated on the relevant ITP.
• Ensure that any outstanding works or remedial work required is brought to the attention of the responsible Field Engineer, Field Supervisor or Foreman.
• Report any defective material or non-conforming activity to the QA/QC Supervisor Manager.
• Implement the Project Quality Plan, Quality Control Procedures and ITPs in coordination with Site QA/ QC Supervisor & Manager and expedite the review and approval of these documents with Contractor/Company.
• Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformance
• Initiate record and/or provide solutions for Quality problems.
• Ensure site personnel follow the Quality Assurance system.
• Coordinate with the Independent Testing Laboratory/Third party inspection and project construction in conducting tests and document and submit them for Engineer’s representative for approval.
• Look after the surveillance at site, record review, and submit RFI to client representative.
Duties and Responsibilities.
Managing, Planning, Execution and Site supervision regarding Earth Testing works, Concrete& Steel Works, Block works, Plaster works, Tile works, Structural works and , Pant works external and internal, Waterproofing works, swimming pools work and all interior works.
Carry out the Snags and de-snags with Consultant
Carry out of handing over of the project to client.
Assist Construction Manager and Project Manger about my assigned work.
Execution and Supervision of all civil works with respect to approved drawings and specification, work planning, co-ordinate with Sub-contractors, checking the bills of the Sub-contractors, Planning day to day activities, attending regular meetings with consultants for technical discussions, work progress and target achievement, workforce distribution and supervision of all activities from layout to completion of the project as per the approved Drawings and Managing site operations checking the finalization of the project and then handover to the final customers.
