Duties & Responsibilities:
 To be ensure personal qualification, plans, method statements or procedures if
according to projects codes and specification or client requirements.
 To be responsibilities are on inspection of mechanical items such as piping, tanks,
equipment, from material evaluation, fabrication and assembly phases and during
installation on site including issues on corrosion.
 Familiar with materials like API 5L Gr. B, Gr X42 to X80, A36, SA 335, P1, P8, P11, P22,
P91, SA 312 TP 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 316LN, 321, 347, SA 333 Gr. 6, SA 106 Gr. B, C
and their combinations.
 Monitor and control the fabrication activities as per the ITP / Contract Specification /
Codes and Standards / Approved drawings, actively to be involved in the inspection of
steel Fabrication for structural, piping Fabrication, pressure vessels and loading
facilities.
 Inspecting equipment installation, alignment and levelling, Internal Trays inspection
of Towers, columns and vessels (dimensional check, tightness checks).
 To be maintain and monitoring of all quality control activities to be assistant on the
submission of project final dossier to my superior.

Duties & Responsibilities:
 To be inspect all incoming materials by conforming purchase order specification,
dimensional and visual inspection to be carried.
 To be ensure and maintain all the mechanical equipment and measuring instruments
tools calibration certificate records and updated timely manner.
 To be maintain and monitoring of all quality control activities.
 To be resolve quality related issues in a timely manner and reported to the qc
representative.

Duties & Responsibilities:
 To be inspect and approved all the incoming materials as per purchase order and to
conformed material specification, visual test.
 To be maintain opening & closing stock inventory reports for all the materials in Excel
data base.
 To be prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly inventory status.
 To be maintain and implement 5S system in shop floor.

• Material inspection as per supplier / manufacture documents / mill certificate with respect to type, size and material identification, witness of positive material identification (PMI test), and visual inspection.
• Familiar with standards such as ASME 31.3, 31.1&31.2 ASME sec.I & sec.II part A, B, C sec VIII Div I, ASME sec IX, API 650, 653, 1104, and ASNI.
• Familiar with SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, MMAW and FCAW welding process. To be preparing WPS & PQR, scrutinizing, qualifying procedure and performance as per WQT.
• Reviewed and approved sub-contractor’s inspection reports, audits and other pertinent reports such as as built drawings and checked Fit up, welding, NDT report, painting, hydro test reports and leak tightness test reports.
• Support other quality personnel (Coordinators and Inspectors) in monitoring Contractor’s work execution during the construction phase and ensure the qc documents.
• To be maintain and monitoring of all quality control activities to be assistant on the submission of project final dossier to my superior.

Duties & Responsibilities:
 To be inspect and verified all the incoming materials like pipes, valves, fittings, gaskets,
welding consumable according to the purchase order or ASME standards (Dimensional
and Visual Inspection).
 To be prepare daily inspection test plan activities and reviewed calibration certificates
and maintain the inspection records.
 To be evaluate personal qualification and procedures in according with project
specification and customer requirements.
 To be prepare internal daily progress qc related reports as per site or fabrication yard
and all the documents to be submit QC Manager table.
 To be supervision and inspection of piping fabrication, welding, NDT test reports,
painting, Hydro test works as per the project or customer requirements.
 Monitors and supervises the dispatch items to concern site or customer drop points.
