• Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are executed within the defined scope, budget, and timeline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, construction, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, develop innovative solutions, and ensure project objectives are met within budget and schedule constraints.
• Conduct engineering assessments of electrical systems and equipment, as well as review of design drawings, equipment specifications, load calculations, and other documents for both large and small facilities.
• Conduct detailed feasibility studies, electrical system analyses, and cost estimates to support project planning and decision-making processes.
• Direct and manage inspections for construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, operational safety standards and customer requirements.

• Overall execution, Inventory management, reconciliation, measurement certification billing etc. for Electrical Plumbing and Firefighting system.

Work with the Maintenance Planning department to evaluate needs for all work requests—both scheduled and unscheduled—as well as any special projects that arise. Coordinate and follow up on preventative maintenance on refrigeration units, plumbing, electrical, overhead doors, and any other mechanical systems. Coordinate and assist in repairs involving basic electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
Liaison with all end users/tenant and make sure a smooth operation of facilities. Ensuring efficiency of all building systems.
Making sure all the Contractors are performing their maintenance activities.
Coordinating site safety programs and maintaining a safe work environment for all employees.
Ensuring all utility systems are inspected and in accordance with regulations.
Managing and supervising all facilities personnel.
Reviewing of Tenant Fit Out Shop drawings for compliance to Specifications.
Commenting and providing approvals of the Drawings.
Inspections and approvals of Fit Out works and involving Operations also in the inspections.
Daily inspection of Tenant Fit out works to ensure compliance to approved Drawings.
Regular inspection of Tenant Fit out works to ensure compliance to Quality Standards.
Facilitating Hot work approvals for Tenant fit out contractors in coordination with Mall Management.
Coordination with Operations department for Shutdown works.
Witnessing and or Approving Testing and Commissioning.
Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
Maintaining excellent relationship with the Client, tenant, and Operations.
