• Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are executed within the defined scope, budget, and timeline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, construction, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, develop innovative solutions, and ensure project objectives are met within budget and schedule constraints.
• Conduct engineering assessments of electrical systems and equipment, as well as review of design drawings, equipment specifications, load calculations, and other documents for both large and small facilities.
• Conduct detailed feasibility studies, electrical system analyses, and cost estimates to support project planning and decision-making processes.
• Direct and manage inspections for construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, operational safety standards and customer requirements.
• Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc. and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
• Ensure that the installation, inspection and testing of all the Electrical equipment, fittings and work implemented meets the specification and the consultant requirements.
• Verify the accuracy of shop drawings and their compliance to the specification, consultant’s design, and existing local authority standard.
• Coordinate with, instruct and supervise Electrical Engineers and Auto CAD Technicians.
• Liaising with other engineers and clients to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Managing and monitoring all assigned electrical activities.
• Ensuring health and safety codes are always obeyed.
• Responsible for the checking of CAD works done under their supervision.
• To instruct CAD operators in all project related matters.
• To adhere to QA procedures and advise Engineers/Technicians.
• Undertake the detailed short-term planning and co-ordination at site in accordance with the master program.
• Completing quality assurance on all electrical components and activities and writing up reports.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: -
• Experience in dealing HVAC and Electrical systems planning and project management processes.
• Managing project operations with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of targets within the scope, time, and cost parameters.
• Monitoring project compliance with project management standard policies, procedures, and templates through project audits.
• Effective Contractor management and planning manpower, material, cost, timeline and ensuring high quality standards.
• To coordinate with the external vendors and participated in various meetings, reviewed the design for the system.
• Experience in dealing Electrical systems planning and project management processes.

• Manage/coordinate with MEP engineers and design engineers.
• To coordinate with the external vendors and participated in various meetings, reviewed the design for the system.
• Installation of efficient electricity network system including small power & lighting, HT and LT panels, DB’s, Motor control panels, transformers and generators.
• Managing project operations with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of targets within the scope, time, and cost parameters.
• Monitoring project compliance with project management standard policies, procedures, and templates through project audits.
• Negotiate and maintain relations with vendors and subcontractors.
• Providing site team with the required look ahead schedule and progress update to meet the project schedule and planned progress milestones.
• Conduct and coordinate progress meetings and coordination meetings along with client, main contractor, consultant, subcontractor, and my project team. Highlight various critical issues and deriving solutions to resolve it well before it impacts the overall project progress.
• Overall execution, Inventory management, reconciliation, measurement certification billing etc. for Electrical Plumbing and Firefighting system.
Work with the Maintenance Planning department to evaluate needs for all work requests—both scheduled and unscheduled—as well as any special projects that arise. Coordinate and follow up on preventative maintenance on refrigeration units, plumbing, electrical, overhead doors, and any other mechanical systems. Coordinate and assist in repairs involving basic electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
Liaison with all end users/tenant and make sure a smooth operation of facilities. Ensuring efficiency of all building systems.
Making sure all the Contractors are performing their maintenance activities.
Coordinating site safety programs and maintaining a safe work environment for all employees.
Ensuring all utility systems are inspected and in accordance with regulations.
Managing and supervising all facilities personnel.
Reviewing of Tenant Fit Out Shop drawings for compliance to Specifications.
Commenting and providing approvals of the Drawings.
Inspections and approvals of Fit Out works and involving Operations also in the inspections.
Daily inspection of Tenant Fit out works to ensure compliance to approved Drawings.
Regular inspection of Tenant Fit out works to ensure compliance to Quality Standards.
Facilitating Hot work approvals for Tenant fit out contractors in coordination with Mall Management.
Coordination with Operations department for Shutdown works.
Witnessing and or Approving Testing and Commissioning.
Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
Maintaining excellent relationship with the Client, tenant, and Operations.
Preparation of Technical reports.
Ensure all relevant quality, health, safety and environmental procedures, instructions and controls are adhered to so that the safety of employees, quality of products/services and environmental compliance can be guaranteed.
• Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance of Transformer, HT Panel, PCC Panel, MCC Panel, DG set, Lift (Elevator), Building wiring, LAN, PA System, CCTV System, Security access System, Cable Schedule, cable Selection, SLD.
• Development of drawings and get approved by consultant.
• I am following the system, keeping the reporting, identifying the capability of supporting team.
• To issue permit to person who would carry the job after understanding the requirement of the job to be done.
• Monitoring & Tracking of progress with respect to schedule.
• Coordinate with client and consultant.
