After the merger of LINKdotNET with Mobilink, my work responsibilites were as under:
Business plans/ feasibility of new/ existing products.
Wimax site relocation for improved revenue streams and coverage issues.
Commercial development of the product; costing, revenue forecasting.
Set Pricing strategy for the products.
Customer retention plans and monitoring.
Making plans to improve the customer base by increasing sales, reducing terminations and with holding existing customer base.
Setup distribution channel by inducting franchise/ reseller/dealer network to increase market presence and market share.
Commission structures for different sales channels.
Keep a close eye on competition offerings and market shares.
Perform periodic surveys on service quality gauging service delivery and service termination.
Perform GAP analysis on the budgeted vs actual performance indicators.
Monitor service delivery performance on macro and micro level to identify loop holes and take corrective measures.
Competitor analysis.
Coordinate with MARCOM team in the planning and development of POS material, ATL and BTL activities.
Develop and maintain yearly Marketing Calendar for Products and ensures scheduled launch of new activities and promotions.
