Managed HSE & environmental compliance for airport rehabilitation including terminals, runways, taxiways,
utilities, and electrical systems (LV/MV, substations, ELV, cable laying, transformers) in active operational
areas. Workforce: 55, 000+ & 13+ subcontractors. Ensured compliance with SBC, RCER, GACA, ISO 14001 & ISO
45001 and supported safe execution of high-risk activities. Achieved 10M+ safe man-hours without LTI.

Worked as an HSE Officer on the TP-1000 Mega Transmission Project by K-Electric in Karachi, involving the
enhancement of the citys power transmission network by increasing capacity by approximately 1000 MVA.
The project included construction and commissioning of 220kV & 132kV grid stations, underground
transmission lines, OHTL works, substations, transformers, and feeders across multiple locations in Karachi.
• Conduct HIRA, review Method Statements (MS) and JSA for electrical, commissioning, and energization
activities including LV/MV systems, substations, transformers, and cable works.
• Manage Permit to Work (PTW) system including Electrical Work Permit, Energization Permit, and LOTO
for safe isolation and energization control.
• Supervise electrical installation, testing, and commissioning activities of substations, OHTL,
transformers, and related systems.
• Ensure safe energization through exclusion zones, barricading, warning signage, and readiness
verification.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks on electrical hazards such as arc flash, shock risk, and stored energy.
• Monitor site activities and stop unsafe work, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
• Perform inspections and audits to ensure compliance with ISO 45001, client, and project HSE
standards.
• Investigate incidents, near-misses, and unsafe acts; conduct RCA and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations (SBC, MEWA, RCER, GACA, NCEC, WEWA) and ISO standards
(ISO 14001 & 45001).
• Conduct site inspections, identify hazards, and ensure corrective action closure.
• Promote environmental compliance including waste management and pollution control.
• Maintain HSE documentation including reports, permits, inspections, and audit records.

HSE Engineer at Power China | Ensuring Safety & Sustainability in Mega Power Project (1.2 GW Solar Installation)

As an HSE Engineer at Power China, I lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives on one of the worlds largest solar power projects. Managing a 27 km² site with 2, 200 workers and 16 subcontractors, I drive HSE compliance, risk mitigation, and sustainability strategies. Managed HSE for 1, 125 MW solar PV project including PV fields, 33/132kV substations, precast grid stations, OHTL, and
underground cabling over 30 km² area. Supervised 2, 200+ workforce and 16 subcontractors. Achieved 4.1M+ safe man
hours with zero LTI.

As an HSE Engineer at Almabani General Contractors at Sports Boulevards Foundation, package 5A, I developed and implemented safety policies to ensure compliance with Saudi regulations. I conducted inspections, supervised high-risk activities, and led incident investigations to enhance workplace safety. With expertise in behavior-based safety (BBS) and Permit to Work (PTW) systems, I fostered a proactive safety culture, ensuring seamless compliance and risk mitigation.
