Automobile Parts Local Development & Localization.

Responsible for overall Techno-commercial functions include,

Manufacturing Certificates regular updates and import quota enhancements under respective SRO according to annual production & sales plans.

Preparations importable list, define Tariff structure, HS Codes allocation for CKD of new model and correspondence with respective government departments.

Negotiate with government on localization targets and submission of status updates on regular basis.

Preparation and submission of proposals to government for concessionary Duty benefit under respective SRO’s.

Submission of annual consumption report of all imports made along with manufacturing and remaining inventory status.

Reconciliation & justification of consumption record to get approval for annual revalidation of manufacturing license.

Cost controlling through tariff monitoring and regular updates in submitted importable parts lists.

Preparation of the importable lists according to tariff based system
(TBS) for 4 wheeler and 2 wheelers, covering all automobiles and motorcycle manufacturing and assembling planning

Technical advice to top Japanese management in planning, development, documents controlling & trade related matters for the smooth business operations.

Arrangements for government team plant visit for verification of parts under different tariff schemes, and approval of tariff.

Feasibility Study of parts development by comparing local vendors prices with import cost (TLC).


Sheet metal, casting forging, plastic injection molding parts selection, detail drawing study, selection of vendor according to performance & technical knowledge of parts.

 Consultancy on vendor survey, vendor visits, costing and supply chain for upcoming Japanese Automobiles Project.
 Design of Solar Power System domestic based for 1 KW and 8 KW
