Manage road freight Department .
Manger fleet operation, Delivries, Cross border Transporation, Transit Transportation, Upcountry Transportation
*Develop plans or set goals to reduce carbon emissions associated with storage or transport activities.
*Conduct investigations to determine causes of transportation accidents and to improve safety procedures
*Prepare management recommendations, such as proposed fee and tariff increases or schedule changes
*Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer complaints
*Collaborate with staff, other departments, senior management, and decision makers to share information, problem solve, and to clarify.
*Communicate and represent the organization to existing customers, potential customers, the public, government, and other external sources in the industry
*Direct the activities of staff in relation to transportation operations including dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation vehicles
*Negotiate with carriers, warehouse operators and insurance company representatives for services and preferential rates

* Full Knowledge of HACCP and Osha Standards.
* Ensure Hygiene Standards/Physical conditions of Warehouse and goods keeping.
