Construction site activities of Automation upgrade project & 3 Month Consecutive shutdown schedules which involves ESD, DCS, ICSS, PLC & Plant Fire & Gas systems integration & related testing. Integration Turbine Fire & Gas systems with DCS system & related testing.Ensure of all materials and equipment from procurement and follow up with vendors & suppliers..Identifying communication issues via multiple protocols of familiar with RS 485, RS 232, ISA 100, MODBUS TCP/IP, VNET, PIN NETWORKS, OPC, UGS, EXAOPC, TELECOM SDH, STM, MATRICON IEC 61850, IEC104, BACNET protocol. Installation of VIbration monitoring sensors systems, loop checks, Yokogawa DCS system loop checks & interface checks. Wireless Field instrument checks and installation with respective to line of sight.
Familiar with MCC, RFSU, POHC procedures and submission’s and aligning with end user coordination and check list approvals with end user or Asset holders. Report generation and validating / invalidating testing and commissioning results.Participate in witnessing system testing, attend RFC and RFSU walkdowns, punch listing (CAT-A & CAT-B) and review of RFSU and handover dossiers.Review the vendor equipment’s compatibility and compliance with the scope of client specifications. Coordinate with procurement, ascertain expedite of materials and equipment to site. Proven Experience in Telecom Systems like Structured Cabling, Fiber Optic Networks, Transmission systems based on Synchronous Digital Hierarchy, Security and Process Close Circuit Television Systems, Public Address and General Alarm Systems, Radio Communications and Building Fire Alarm Systems.
Mentor contractor workforce and share technical and practical experience in the relevant discipline.
Responsible for all related construction activities for shut down activities. Testing & Commissioning of FGS, DCS, ESD, Fire & Gas system, ESD system & related interface with DCS & Sub system Interface in Modbus RS 485, Modbus TCP/IP, OPC, EXA OPC, UGS system interfaces.
Verification of FO cable routes construction activities & involving in surveys. Leading instrumentation design reviews, shall prepare technical bid evaluations and recommendations Proven track record of involvement in the engineering for capital projects across all phases of development with a particular focus on FEED and Detailed Design.
Participate in the technical evaluation of vendor bid offers. Direct and provide guidance in the Technical Bid
Evaluations (TBE). Administer to preparation of Purchase Requisitions for the procurement of Telecom
equipment and packages.
Review the vendor equipment’s compatibility and compliance with the scope of client specifications.
Coordinate with procurement, ascertain expedite of materials and equipment to site.

In-charge for overseeing all E&I works as well for coordination interfaces & bottle necks for the construction
and required modifications.

Ensure the electrical/mechanical work carried out is as per approved shop drawing and within the time frame
and progress of the approved construction program.
Ensure that the installation, inspection and testing of all the devices, field instrument’s as per implementation
methods the specification and the consultant requirements.
Analyse long lead manufacturing and release clearance’s as per construction & Shutdown requirements plans, survey
reports, maps, and other data in order to plan projects
