• Develop an Institutional Effectiveness framework with policies, procedures, processes, tools, templates, guidelines and metrics in line with those required by external bodies
• Evaluate the efficiency of the various processes and procedures in University Business Units and ensure their consistency and make suggestions for improvement in order to increase their effectiveness.
• Conduct analysis on Institutional Effectiveness performance and outcomes to support identification of trends and areas of improvement across all institutional levels and in support quality assurance.
• Provide support in the writing and editing of self-assessment and institutional accreditation reports in collaboration with the University stakeholders; assign sections of accreditation reports to other administrators, faculty, and staff, as appropriate and edit those sections into the final report.
• Conduct research and identify best practices for the University operations and procedures and suggest areas to improve effectiveness of the University.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices, and leveraging insights provided by other Business Units. This includes supporting the related change management efforts.
• Provide feedback to Management on good institutional effectiveness practices and findings from data analysis, encourage the ongoing research aspects that drive institutional effectiveness.
