 Developed the first Hotel Reservation BOT in this gulf region which is handling of reservation requests from various partners through multiple channels, leading to a reduction of more than 5500+ man hours and an annual savings of over 250K+ AED
 Automated the hotel's manual night audit process, reducing the time it took from 1-2 hours to just 15 minutes.
 Automated the finance reconciliation process, which previously took hours, and reduced the time it takes to just 20 minutes which saved 500+ man hours.
 Automated the invoice approval process, which accelerated supplier payment processing time by reducing the previous processing time of one week to just a days.
