• Handling & managing daily food safety operations for the UAE/KSA & Qatar and managing 30 outlets.
• Develop and provide Food safety/HACCP/ISO training for food safety and quality requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation such as SOP’s, as well as maintenance of Food safety manuals, policies and procedures as relate to any food safety concerns

• Handling customer complaints related to food safety from outlets and doing detailed investigation and preparing incident reports.
• Approved Internal food safety trainer from DM conducting Basic food hygiene training/ PIC trainings.
• Carrying out supplier audits on a periodic basis for all the approved vendors.
• Handling & managing daily food safety operations for the Central processing unit operations and 7 outlets located in Dubai & Sharjah.
• Develop and provide Food safety/HACCP/ISO training for food safety and quality requirements for Central Kitchen & Outlets staffs.
• Develop and maintain documentation such as ISO 22000 SOP’s, as well as maintenance of Food safety manuals, policies and procedures as relate to any food safety concerns
• Conduct facility food safety audits as well as manage third party audits such as ISO 22000:2005.

► Conducting 3rd party food safety and safety security audits for Mc Donald’s Restaurants Middle East region.
► Doing food sampling checks & ATP swab checks for Hotel industries & catering industries.
► Also conducting tour audits for UK based companies Expedia & Thomas Cook in Middle East region.
► Conducting training on Food safety for all the levels for the Clients and working with SAFER (Dubai police training academy) as a Food safety trainer & Consultant.
• Conducting training on a daily basis on Basic Food Hygiene/PIC L2 L3/ Advance food hygiene trainings/GHP Staff & Managers training/ HACCP trainings.
• Have conducted more that 500 training and trained more than 2000+ candidates.
• Doing HACCP & ISO consulting & audits/ inspections for Food Industries & Food catering industries & Star hotels.
• Conduct Halal Compliance audits using the reference of Halal India Standards and Procedure Manual instructions.
• Successfully completed 70 Industrial Audit in Food Industries.
• Monitoring Auditors operational efficiency on all issues related Shariah & food safety findings during audit.
• Inspection on Food process plant & abattoir on Halal compliance issues, write a report following the audit and recommend to R&D &Shariah Board for Halal Certification.
• Prepare a written report for management, recapping all issues of observations and, if needed, corrective actions that should be taken.
• Thorough documentation of audit findings and completes any follow-up activities with emphasis on preventive measure assessment and efficacy.
• To assist R&D in terms of chemical components, emulsifiers, enzymes, ingredients, ethanol, e-codes, methanol, natural food flavouring or coloring and other pertaining matters.
• Provide input into the development of the annual audit plan.
• Assist Halal India continuous service improvement in Halal audit process and methodologies.
• Ready to pursue new responsibilities in order to support the vision of the Directors.
• Also helping the Directors in building a new project on “International Vegetarian Certification agency” formulating new SOP’s and Audit checklists.
• To perform different kinds of tests on the food samples according to the parameters.
• To maintain the SOP’s, log books, to do calibrations of the instruments used like calibration of pH meter and weigh balance etc.
• To do the tests like pH check, Moisture, Ash, Fat content, Protein estimation, Refractive index, Acidity, Iodine Value, Peroxide Value, Specific gravity, Acetyl value, Dietary fibre, Crude fibre and so on.
• To perform the tests according to the ISO standards, Bureau of Indian (BIS) standards, NABL standards and company standards.
• To ensure that the Quality of the food products produced in the industry are according to the standard & specifications.
• To do a continuous check on the process of production whether everything is working properly or not.
• To do the essential and necessary tests in the laboratory for the food samples like pH test, fat content, Protein content, Specific gravity etc.
• To maintain the records and keep the files updated and to meet the ISO standards and other food standards.
