In depth, I have an extensive experience in designing; deploying, managing and maintaining of LAN/WAN networks with more than 20 layer 2/3 switching environment, Telemedicine networks, Community Outreach Voice based Tele-Health Call Centre, Evaluating of ISRO Telemedicine networks in 14 districts of state, In developing; cloud based e-Health centre with joint collaboration of HP, NHM, TSI & AIIMS in 5 different location in Madhya Pradesh for improving healthcare facility in underserved area and leading in a team as a project management and system implementation.
Supervision of telemedicine technical infrastructure and the facility ensuring its smooth functioning.
Coordinating with agency providing maintenance support to ensure execution of Service Level Agreement.
Preparation and execution of Telemedicine Program schedule in co -ordination with the Nodal Officer and other stake holders such as faculty of the college/institute, Nodal Officer, National Resource Centre (NRC), Regional Resource Centre (RRC) other remote partners.
Providing technical assistance to department in the development of information and communication technology (ICT) platforms.
Management of IT & Tele-health projects at All India Institutes of Medical Sciences (AIIMS Bhopal) in coordination with network partners & other stake holders.
Monitor the implementation process of projects.
Management of ISRO V-Sat Satellites Centers and establishing technical co-ordination with Development and Educational Communication Unit (DECU)-ISRO.
