Responsible for reporting of implementation status associated with initiatives throughout the Bank with a view to ensuring fiscal discipline (monitoring costs) and ensuring that timelines and deliverables are met.
In addition to the Business Continuity role, I am closely work with the Head of Centralized Administration and responsible for assisting various administrative departments in managing specific assignments, such as project management and implementation of new Oracle Suite and Alexo Complaint Management. I have also been Project Manager for Branch Expansion, Relocation and also Merger of loss making branches
Developed and Implemented and updated plan:
o Development/Updation of BCP/DRP for Pakistan Operations
o Establishment of HSE department (Fire and Safety Drill and Risk Assessment)
o Development of BCP/DRP for Bangladesh Operations/Afghanistan Operations/Bahrain.
BCP Implementation and training of end users
Contract negotiations with vendors and ensuring that proper due diligence is conducted on proposals sent to senior management.
Implemented a formal methodology for monitoring and reporting projects - the results are summarized in an executive dashboard.
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts across various projects and business users.
Revamping of policy and procedure of IT and General Procurement including premises and Engineering departments.

Development Team Leader, responsible for the development of Trade Mark and Patent software.
Trade Mark Tracker: The system records every step involved in the registration of a Trademark from filing a new trademark application to the registration and then the renewal of the trademark. The reports include different Forms to be filed in the Trade Marks Registry for different purposes. Other utilities include the searching of trademarks for the Sound-alike trademarks, daily activity report and maintaining the location and status of different trademark files.
Moreover developed different other software to improve the efficiency of different routine tasks e.g. Inward Entry Register, Labels & Envelop system, Patent’s Claim recording etc.
All the above software are developed using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 at the front end and Microsoft SQL Server 2000 at the back end.

• Successfully developed and implement TM Tracker.
