• Direct and manage above-the-line and below-the-line advertising activities for Al Futtaim Electronics - For all SBUs including Retail (Plug Ins), E-Commerce and Distribution (Panasonic, Aftron, Xbox, & Hisense).
• Planning & building marketing plan / calendar for the different brands in close co-operation with the Head of Marketing.
• Follow up closely on activation & implementation of marketing campaigns across all channels - ATL, BTL, Social Media and Ecommerce.
• Worked closely with the agency to develop creative ideas and marketing concepts which supports the brand and the campaign.
• Manage the annual marketing budget, track and report events costs; measure and track event results as defined in the marketing plan.
• Manage and coordinate with concerned parties for the production of marketing materials being from leaflets, visuals, podiums, flyers, and Point of Sale materials.
• Organize seminars/product launches/Road shows and demonstrations of various products to provide dealers/ clients & customers in-depth information on the product.
• Develop and execute social media strategies for acquisition, content, promotion, engagement, and conversion; set clear objectives, report on results, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Generate, edit, publish, curate, and share daily content (original text, images, video, graphics) that builds relationships with community members and results in meaningful engagements.
• Liaise with the group admin team to attain Department of Economic Development (DED) permits on all promotional campaigns.
• Liaise & administer claims from principals.
• Liaise with external vendors & suppliers - supervising and directing to ensure completion of assignments and projects within specific time frames and budgets.
• Build, maintain and update good database (CRM) through consolidated information from shop floors.
• Played a key role in meeting corporate clients, top level managers and corporate Heads, presenting the 3D media building relationship with key individuals and top decision makers.
• Identify, develop and close new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationship.
• Developing and implementing creative marketing strategies that will make an impact, support the brand and drive sales.
• Adept in Liaison work with various Advertising agencies who have various corporate clients.
• Act as one point contact between the agency and client.
• Selling interactive 3D products, which provides a new media format for brands to advertise and be innovative, as well as build their brand through this media.
• Establish relationship with key Corporate / Advertising Agencies / OOH agency / Modern trade owner for 3D media application.
• Developing and maximizing third party relationships to deliver on brand objectives and strategies.
• Providing in-sight in lieu to 3D media application for Pop media.
• Development and maintenance of profitable client/Agency relationships through clear and proactive communication.
• Identifying potential Modern trade, OOH clients for 3D Media tie-ups.
• New business alliances for 3D Screen as an innovative & Novelty media for in premises OOH solutions as new revenue model.
• Handling and maintaining the company database and administering the Marketing activities.
