As a cabin attendant I provide excellent customer service to passengers while ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the flight. I am trained to deal with security and emergency situations which may arise and can administer first aid to passengers.
• Greeting, welcoming, checking in and checking out them appropriately
• Answer and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
• Inform guests of the hotel’s services and facilities, policies and procedures, upselling at registration
• Finalize guests' bills and issue receipts upon payment
• Make reservations for sightseeing tours, restaurants, the cinema and live entertainment
• Serve and assist VIP guests in the Executive Lounge
