Duties and Responsibilities:
- Active role play in the preparation of human resources plans for the company.
- Responsible for all HR processes for AL KAFFARY Group which has 120 branches all over the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including U.A.E. Currently the company employee size was more than 1500 employees, and my role was to provide support and assistance to all branches and employees with regards to the Areas of human resources management; like recruitment, training, performance evaluation, orientation of new employees, and succession planning.
- Supervision of the recruitment team and human resources staffs.
- Prepare organization structure and job description.
- Planning and implementation of Business Models.
- Responsible for international recruitment from ASIA and GULF region.
- Prepare a training design and schedule for new and old employees on personality development.
- Prepare a regular training schedule with professional trainers to provide and guide about modern business challenges to our people.
- Search for the best talent and candidates for vacancies by all means available, search of recruiters and search sites for CV.
- Thorough knowledge of all procedures Human Resources Development Fund and the system of Saudization and ranges.
- Responsible for all recruitment processes and search for the best talent to recruit internal and external.
- Responsible for employment with the employment offices in foreign countries of East Asia and the Arab states and follow-up with them to end the recruitment of sending a CV and personal interviews to determine the date of the completion of the selection and authorization procedures such as electronic visa and an end to all procedures related.
- Preparation of all administrative reports for internal and external recruitment.
- Take the lead for Overseas Recruitment Trip on the following countries:
