Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards.Develops projectobjectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with management. Completes technicalstudies and preparescost estimates. Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests.

Role &Responsibilities:
Managed quality assurance program, including on-site evaluations, internal audits, and customer surveys. Maintained excellent attendance record, consistently arriving to work on time. Prepared daily work activities, prepared measurement sheets prepared check requests, prepared interim payment certificates (IPC), and reported to the Project Engineer. Coordinates with clients and consultants and conveys information from top to bottom. Resolved conflicts and negotiated mutually beneficial agreements between parties.
Location:Dubai Role &Responsibilities:
Analyze and supervise all the construction activities of the project whichincludes RCC work, steel reinforcement work of the whole project including shuttering, Quantity and quality assurance of material and its availability on site. Making technical drawingswhich include estimation and all the specs. Preparing a method statement(MS)and taking permission from the client and making sure that activity performed according to the approved method statement. Request for Permit to Work (PTW) on site from the head contractor prior to starting any new activity on site. Toolbox Talk (TBT) will be conducted at the site prior to the start of any activity in order to prevent any injuries (that may occur to the workers) at the project site and maintain a safe working environment.
