• Manage backup of servers using Symantec Backup Exec 2012.
• Implement, manage & monitor McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator server. Implement McAfee Endpoint Security protection (McAfee Agent, Firewall & Threat Prevention) for servers and clients using McAfee ePO Management Console. Define firewall rules and threat prevention policies. Manage & Maintain Kaspersky Endpoint Security.
• Implement and manage MSME (McAfee Security for Microsoft Exchange) and configure email security policies, SPAM filtering, etc.
• Provide technical support to end-users in person, via phone, email or by remote access.
• Manage and troubleshoot network printers, scanners and other devices.
• Manage Citrix Server and provide support to Jeddah & Dammam branch users for applications accessed through Citrix Server.
