• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including routers and switches, network devices, firewalls, databases, servers and computer systems, malware protection software and other processes. Perform installation, configuration, updates and troubleshooting any hardware or software problems related to server and storage devices.

• Manage backup of servers using Symantec Backup Exec 2012.
• Implement, manage & monitor McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator server. Implement McAfee Endpoint Security protection (McAfee Agent, Firewall & Threat Prevention) for servers and clients using McAfee ePO Management Console. Define firewall rules and threat prevention policies. Manage & Maintain Kaspersky Endpoint Security.
• Implement and manage MSME (McAfee Security for Microsoft Exchange) and configure email security policies, SPAM filtering, etc.
• Provide technical support to end-users in person, via phone, email or by remote access.
