About Project: Dustfree prototype system will monitor air quality metrics using various sensors through embedded system in a Building. The embedded system will also measure performance metrics of the Dust Free Air Knight product installed in a building. The measured data will be transmitted using wireless communications to a web service and stored in a database. The mobile phone application will display the data stored by the web service on the end users mobile phone.

Roles and Responsibilities,

• Leaded a team responsible for Embedded measurement component of DustFree Product
• Prepared detailed report concerning project specification and activities.
• Collaborate closely with other team to plan, design and develop robust Solutions
• Coordinated between the US team and India center for clients new requirement, Design change, hardware changes.
• Evaluated sensors like Temperature, Pressure, Humidity and UV based on requirement and cost that can be integrated with the system to monitor the performance of system
• Development includes data capturing from various sensors like pressure, temperature, humidity. Data is sent to webserver using wireless after WiFi provisioning, same air metrics data on his mobile app after device is provisioned..
• Modification of TI standalone RSSI reduced signal strength indicator for user to move his/her device based on signal strength
• Modified existing software to correct bugs, upgrade interfaces and improve performance
• Consulted regularly with customers on project status, proposal and technical issues
• Tracking modules as per Release dates and sending Status to US counterpart
• Technical discussion with issues related to each components, design change, FreeRTOS issue, issues related to WIFI provisioning

About Project: CyGOS customised OS of Cybergroup incorporation for welding machines, needs to be singularized out of five different versions and making it compatible for OS market
Roles and Responsibilities,
• Leaded OS integration Team responsible for Cygos integration and associated application bring up for OS market.
• CyGOS customized OS of Cyber group have five versions, running on five different set of BRANSON machines merged as a single version.
• Changed the framework of Cygos, Board dependencies from cygos were removed which made it compatible to other OS in Industrial market, like FreeRTOS and Green hills
• Designed and delivered solutions and proposal for cygos OS related Applications
• Written technical documentation and conduct training sessions for clients
