1. Final Year Project:
The main objective of the project is to show the overview of whole plant (Production of
Paracetamol Drug by Catalytic Hydrogenation) .The rate of production of this plant 10, 000 tons per
year to produce the final product purity of 99.8 mol % active Paracetamol.

2. Main Modules: Separation process, Reactor Design, Instrumentation Measurement and Control,
Thermodynamics of Process Design, Fluid Flow, Process and Environmental Plant Operation,
Safety and Loss Prevention, Particulate Systems, Energy and low carbon Technologies,
Environmental Engineering Practice, Applied Process Engineering

3. Technical Visits: For three months I was assigned by Swansea University to visit two plant factories in the UK and write a comprehensive official technical report about them.at the end, I achieved a very good grade.
I was given an ID card to gain access to the following factories;
• PowerStation in Wales
• Refinery in Wales


3. Engineering Software Skills: • Super Pro designer.
• MS Excel.
• MS word.
• MS Powerpoint.
