Routinely perform architectural design (identification of components used in a large software solution) and development of software applications, components, and systems. Strong attention to detail. Exposure to optimization and scalability needs.

LAMP/DRUPAL Mentor Role

• Ensure highest quality of engineering practices across all LAMP/Drupal projects assigned
• Provide mentoring to developers on technical challenges/customer-related technology issues on weekly basis and on-demand.
• Review performance, appraise and set goals of mentored developers.
• Spot checking of technologies/tools being used.
• Sign-off and provide feedback on project estimates assigned to the mentored developers.
• Organize and participate in cross-team code reviews involving mentored developers as much as possible.
• Organize and/or create tech-sessions involving mentored developers as much as possible.
• Co-ordinate and perform interviews
• Monitor training of new hires.
