- Enterprise Application Platform as a Service - Research and recommendation for the Enterprise APaaS with key focus on mobility, omni-channel, AI and microservices capabilities.
- Middleware & target integration architecture- Produced the target middleware solution architecture and roadmap for the implementation of EAI to address cloud to on premise, cloud to cloud and on premise to on premise integration scenarios.
- Al Futtaim Retail - Robinsons - Developed the target architecture and roadmap for Robinsons MENA region.
- Al Futtaim Retail - Reviewed the applications portfolio for retail and produced the harmonization and consolidation program for migration to Retailpro 9 and SAP ERP ECC 6.0.
- Al Futtaim F&B - Developed the target architecture and roadmap for new Food & Beverages business.
- Al Futtaim Engineering - Produced the digital transformation program. Assessment and selection of a SaaS solution that fit to target architecture and mobile field force (technicians and engineers) requirements.

- Design and Architecture - Delivered the high level design and systems architecture for MS SharePoint 2010 & 2013, Siebel CRM, QlikView, Calypso, RSA Security Analytics and various other systems in the bank
- Applications Portfolio Management - Application portfolio rationalization roadmap for all international locations (Egypt, KSA, Singapore, London) and Group Entities (Emirates NBD, Emirates Islamic, Network International, Tanfeeth, Emirates NBD Captial)
