• Prepare Income statement and balance sheet quarterly, half yearly and yearly basis.
• Developed the accounting system to calculate profitability for used auto parts section on each car basis.
• Prepare and analyse all inventory related reports, discuss it with owner and explain whenever required
• Deal with banks and insurance companies
• Prepare cash flow statement and manage cash flow.
• All other work related to finance.
• Prepare financial statements in compliance with IAS and IFRS and submit to financial controller.
• Budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis. .
• Responsible to maintain internal control.
• Submission of all inventory related reports to Management.
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivables, monitoring the posting to correct General ledger, cost centre, making payments as per provider agreement and monitoring collections from clients.
• Responsible to maintain liquidity of business by monitoring cash inflows and outflow.
• Managing payroll.
• Responsible to provide data to external tax accountant.
• Responsible for the finalization of accounts and submission of income statement and balance sheet on monthly and Quarterly basis.
• Responsible to prepare the project costing reports and submit to General Manager and Managing Director.
• Cash flow forecasting and Reporting.
• Responsible to coordinate with the external auditors, provide them final trial balance at interim and final audit and all other financial information required by them.
• Monitoring and maintaining the internal control procedures.
• Monitoring and maintaining the accuracy of nominal control accounts.
Finalization of accounts and submission of variety of reports as required by Managing
director. Coordinating with auditors.
