o Responsible for preparation of financial statements as well as the supervision and management of financial controls.
o Reconcile supplier/customer’s accounts, maintain general ledgers, bank reconciliation.
o Ensure timely monthly and year end close and to support the audit documentation.
o Handle all processes related to payroll (WPS) regarding generating salaries, benefits, full & final settlements and payments to all company employees.
o Prepare quarterly VAT reconciliation and coordinate on time VAT payment.
o Assist financial controller to support the business planning and budgeting process.
o Follow-up and reconcile pending account balances against customers invoices until payment in full is received.
o Coordinate with other staff members to complete the financial reports and analysis.
o Provide support during budgeting process to classify cost saving and analyze variances for more effective budget planning.
o Prepare variance analysis, cash flow and sales reports.
