Working on Departmental In-House Programme HRMS (Human Resource Management System) in updating, monitoring and preparing data inputs i.e. Leave Settlement and formalization, Personnel Status Sheet, PMF, Final Settlement, Query Reports, Travel Authorization & Booking Order and generate Payroll Data Sheet. Updating employee’s Personal details on H.R.M.S. Providing support to HR Manager in recruitment of expatriate & local manpower. Visa & residence formalities. Controlling Timesheet System, preparing reports i.e. Project Master List, Crew list, Organization Chart, Manning Schedule, Manpower Summary, Visa Status Report and also Leave Request and Overtime prior Approval Request as required. Maintain personnel records and documentation in proper way with hard copy and soft copy. Provide administrative support to the HR Manager on all personnel matters. Co-ordinate with employees on regular basis and built strong relationship with each member. Liaise with the travel agency for booking the ticket. Support the timekeeping section. Dealing with the promotions and increments issue. Checking the medical claims and co-ordinates with CCC Insurance Broker (CIB). Co-ordinates with accounts department for payroll. Termination of employees. Preparing Employee Certificates, Memos and maintaining proper filing system and others related documents as per Project’s requirements. Monitoring and controlling all incoming and outgoing documents, distribution of all mails as marked to the concerned departments/persons.
