• Directing strategic financial planning complementary to corporate objectives; monitoring performance against annual business goals to build a sustainable organizational structure.

• Developing financial forecasts and budgets; reviewing resource allocation towards projects to confirm CFO/CEO approvals, and compliance to financial limitations.
• Controlling tax, banking and fund management functions encompassing treasury management; managing cash positioning, borrowing, investment and associated reporting withi schedules.
• Utilizing expertise of Transfer Pricing regulations across multiple countries to drive planning/ coordination of fund repatriations; pursuing continuous enhancement in cash flow performance.
