Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for driving and developing sales of Access solutions; Steel doors, Fire rated doors, Automatic doors, Sliding doors, Glass and Aluminum Particians. Joinery.
Identifies leads and opportunities and arranges meetings with contractors, traders, Interiors
Fit out companies and meeting with Architect and Consultants for products approval.
Plan and implement comprehensive sales plan for U.A.E market that would contribute towards revenue growth and profit achievements.
Source, filter and convert leads into business opportunities through follow ups & maintain long term client relations.
Ensure customer satisfaction in providing adequate sales support and customer service to existing clients as required.
Representing business developing contacts at trade fairs and industry network events.
Review contracts to ensure prompt support and problem resolution
Provide market and competitor information (features, benefits, pricing) to the management and recommend price changes when/where necessary.
Periodic Business Analysis with the General Manager and provide support on new product introduction / alignment strategies with the changing market demands and trends.
Follow up on collections and share weekly reports with CFO and senior Management

Key Responsibilities:
•Manage business development, marketing and sales of Ready-mix concrete, Steel Engineering & Fabrication and Fitout industries in Dubai & Abu Dhabi Market by implementing action plans to achieve sales volumes and revenues.
•Track ongoing projects and construction activities, follow up with owners/contractors to source enquiries, provide bids and quotations, negotiate and obtain orders.
•Coordinate with the company’s production, quality and logistics teams and ensure on time delivery of products to clients as per agreed delivery timelines and conditions.
•Follow up for settlement of all commercial matters including on time and accurate invoicing and billing, control of credit and collection of payments as per company policies and procedures.
•Collaborate with sales teams of other company divisions to identify and leverage cross-selling opportunities for products like steel, wood.
•Build and sustain good relations with clients like municipalities, commercial businesses and large construction project as well as consultants, contractors and subcontractors to generate sustainable business from current and upcoming projects
•Work closely with all internal departments in assuring quality customer service and customer satisfaction by providing required technical support and resolving product related, technical and commercial problems and issues.
•Conduct regular market research to identity product trends, new product opportunities and track competitors regarding their products, pricing, quality and service level to implement action plans to retain and build the company’s market share
•Co-ordinate with the technical department in delivering presentations on technical features of products to freeze specifications
•Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals and priced quotations to clients as per agreed specifications and follow up for negotiating and closing business deals.
•Collaborate with suppliers across international markets and maintain productive relations facilitating delivery of highest standards of service to customers and prompt resolution of customer issues.
•Develop and maintain customer database to provide strategic inputs for effective planning and execution of marketing strategies
•Track market to identify new business opportunities, generate leads and follow up with potential customers to enlist the company’s products and secure new business.
•Assist purchase department in identifying, evaluating, and selecting new suppliers/vendors for improving cost effectiveness of the supply chain
•Attend trade events like conferences, exhibitions and trade shows and contribute to brand building and recognition of the company and its products among potential customers in the region.
