As a project Manager for the Fiber optic installation project with our customer ZAIN SUDAN Operator. The project is to install 850 Km of fiber optic cables in middle & western of Sudan.
 Collect all function and project requirements and define the project scope and set the scope baseline.
 Prepare project management plan and get approval from all stakeholders.
 Direct, Manage and Supervise Fiber Optics Execution and Closure.
 Manage and control project scope, schedule and cost baselines and project constraints.
 Manage project team, Subcontractors and other services suppliers.
 Perform project quality assurance and control the overall quality of the project.
 Manage Costumer expectations and other Stakeholders needs and influences.
 Responsible of communication with the customer and inside the organization and sending information reports.
 Determine, manage and mitigate project Risks in regular base.
 Identify and request and manage project changes as per agreement.
 Measure the project performance and forecasting as well as reporting to account manager, regional office and HQ office in China of project progress weekly and monthly basis.

 Site survey for Greenfields and Rooftop sites and check site civil defects.
 Report site condition to client including the issues and solutions.
 Classify maintenance types (preventive and corrective).
 Create work plan and submit to client for approval.
 Identify all resources required plus Cost estimate, report and communicate with top management.
 Supervise the Maintenance work Progress.
 Ensure work is done as per customer standards and requirements.
 Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

 Reviews and verifies accuracy and consistency of engineering drawings and specifications and monitors progress to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
 Site survey for Greenfields and Rooftop sites and prepare initial shop drawings.
 Ensures that site comply with current health and safety regulations and Company’s safety policies.
 Plans, schedules, direct and control the progress of construction activities.
 Supervision of execution civil works including tower foundation (piles, raft & isolated foundation), shelter pads, fence mounting and earth work.
 Supervision of erecting telecom towers including platforms, ladder and grout.
 Concrete Testing (Crushing test, temperature, Lump test and Hammer test).
 Responsible for acceptance of civil work.
 Prepares regular reports on progress and requirements.

 Site survey, planning & prepare site drawing.
 Soil Laboratory and In-situ Testing.
 Review soil investigation test and prepare site design and Quotation.
 Supervision of execution civil works (Earth works, concrete works, site fence …etc.)
 Supervision of foundation casting and erecting towers.
 Concrete Curing and Testing.
 Ensure work quality as per customer standards.
 Responsible for site civil work acceptance with Customer.
 Prepare As built drawings and documentation.

 Design and construction of residential buildings including:
 Calculate materials quantities and estimate the cost.
 - Site planning.
 - Excavation and backfilling work.
 - Concrete casting (ready mix), Brick work, plastering, painting and all finishing work.
 - Electrical and Sanitary work.
 Maintenance work.
