HAMED ESTABLISHMENT is a subsidiary of Binbutti Group of Companies rendering services to Oil & Gas Sector in the fields of Tank Cleaning, desludging, Oil recovery, Waste transportation and Waste Management.
Hamed Establishment has a vision of expanding its division in Oil & Gas Sector by bringing new services into the company. For the same purpose I have joined this Company holding the position of Division Manager in order to uplift the division in terms of name, fame, profitability by uplifting the existing services as well as to bring in new specialized services like Plant shutdowns, Chemical Cleaning, Decontamination, Foam Cleaning, Hydrojetting works, Vacuum Cleaning works, Tank Repair works, Structural & Steel Fabrication works, Scaffolding, blasting and painting works.
Being the Division Manager Hamed Establishment, I have taken up the compete responsibility of Business development, Pre-qualifying company for new services with major Clients of Abudhabi like ADNOC Group of Companies, TAKREER, BOROUGE, ADMA OPCO, ZADCO, GASCO, FERTIL, ADCO, ADOC-JAPAN and private Clients.
In short, following are my present roles and responsibilities,
• Taking care of Overall charge and control of all developments, processes and issues and Business activities of the division.
• Overall responsibility of P & L Account of all business activities of the disvision.
• Overall responsibility of core Project Management.
• To recruit, train and develop a Management Team
• Develop annual operating budget and business plan / strategy for the company and get it approved by the company Board
• Tracking monthly revenue V’s Profit
• Establishing and implementing Marketing strategy to achieve the Annual proposed Budget.
• Meeting Clients and giving presentations for promoting and developing company business.
• Scheduling and organizing preventive maintenance of all the company equipment’s.
• Looking over project cost's and other parameters for all the Company operation works.
• Organizing team of Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, Sub-contractors through all phases for proper execution of Project
• Plan, schedule and budget all technical work in a cost effective way.
• Establish and maintain good communication skills with Clients, suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Establish Joint Ventures with new top rated companies.
• Preparation of Agency Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements & MOU
• Liaise with project legal counsel in establishing terms and conditions for each contract package, based on company standards.
• Evaluate all comments and reservations during tendering and establish the final contract conditions for signature.
• Work with Project Managers on issues of contract management during execution: help resolve changes, conflicts and other contractual issues.
• Monitoring and follow up of Account payables and Account receivables.
• Follow up with aged receivables.
• Bidding and identifying other contracting scope (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical ), joint venture with other contracting companies.
• Project Management - Project Planning, Scheduling, Optimising the Schedule, Compressing, Organizing, Resource Planning & Management, Resource Levelling, Cost Analysis & Management, Master & Sub Project Management, Project Monitoring & Control.
• Generation of Enquiry, Business Development in the field of Mechanical, Chemical, Decontamination, Industrial services Projects in countries like K.S.A, UAE, Kuwait, Oman Etc.
• Complete Technical as well as Commercial preparation of Government / Private Tenders
• Coordination with other Departments and Suppliers of source components
• Attending Pre Bid, Tender Opening and Post Bid Meetings / Kick of meetings, Discussion with Client/Consultant

GENERAL MANAGER - MIDDLE EAST & INDIA at PRODECON COMPANY

• PRODECON is an U.K Based Company rendering services to Oil & Gas Sector in the fields of Chemical Decontamination, Chemical Cleaning, Foam cleaning, Hydrojetting services and plant shutdowns.
PRODECON has a Joint Venture with one of the reputed company in Jubail, K.S.A M/s. Polytech (Specialized in Industrial Services) and a Company in Ali Bagh, India M/s. Chem Clean (Specialized in Industrial Services).
Being the General Manager of PRODECON, I have taken up the responsibility of taking care of business of the company both in Middle East & India. Taken the compete responsibility of Business development, Pre-qualifying company with major Clients like SAUDI ARAMCO, SABIC, MADEN and other Private Clients in K.S.A and HPCL, BPCL in India.
My experience also goes for qualifying company with respect to Quality, Safety and environmental standards. My experience also goes with Qualifying company with respect to Quality, Safety and environmental standards by certifying the company for IMS (Integrated Management System) holding third party certifications in Quality (ISO 9001), Environment (ISO 14001) and Health & Safety (OHSAS 18001).

Within a short duration, qualified the company for new services like Decontamination, Bundle Pulling in ARAMCO & SABIC and other private affiliates and taken up many projects not only in these services but also for other major services like Mechanical, Chemical Cleaning and other Industrial Cleaning services. Following are the Major projects taken up and executed successfully satisfying the Clients with respect to work, safety and quality.

4) Decontamination of Packinox Exchangers @ RTR Refinery, ARAMCO
5) Decontamination of Crude Spheroidal Tanks @ Abqaiq, ARAMCO
6) Hydrojetting services for Clarifier @ HADEED.
7) Decontamination of Process Equipments at Riyadh Refinery, ARAMCO during T/A 2014.
8) Long term Bundle pulling works with SATORP.
9) Long Form Chemical Cleaning & Hydrojetting Works with SABIC.

OPERATIONS MANAGER at Ossama Ahmed Zainy Company (OZEST)

• OSSAMA AHMED ZAINY COMPANY (OZEST) is a division of ABBAR & ZAINY group of Companies. OZEST started in the year 2000, with an aim to render services for Oil, Gas, petrochemical, Fertilizer, Chemical, Power & Water Sector rendering its services in the specialized fields of Decontamination, Chemical cleaning, Bundle pulling, Catalyst handling, Bolt Torquing and Tensioning works.
I have joined this division holding the position of Operations Manager in the year 1999 in order to uplift this company and to develop the company in the field’s of Mechanical & Specialized Industrial Services. Having good experience in Plant Shutdowns and Constructions taken the full responsibility of developing the Mechanical division of this company including all other Industrial specialized works.
Being the head of Operations, taken full responsibility to uplift this company right from the beginning (i.e selection & recruitment of manpower, searching concerned equipment manufacturers, selection of chemical cleaning, Decontamination as well as Mechanical equipments required for the jobs and purchase of new equipment's). Successfully Completed the responsibility of Business development, pre-qualifying company with major Clients like SAUDI ARAMCO, SABIC and other Private Clients for Mechanical shutdowns and Erection jobs.

2) Total revamp for the Column 11C1 of Ethylene plant / Debottle neck project @ SADAF, Jubail-K.S.A within a total duration of 18 days during Dec / Jan 2010 shutdown.
3) Decontamination of Quench water Columns 11C1 of ethylene plant @ SADAF, Jubail, K.S.A
4) Chemical cleaning of Finfan coolers at Rastanura for ARAMCO
5) Decontamination of Vacuum Columns @ Rastanura for ARAMCO.
6) Catalyst handling works for UGP, UDHGP for ARAMCO.
7) Design, fabrication, Installation of Gas boot at UGP for ARAMCO.
8) Decontamination of Sulphuric Acid Plant for SAFCO.

ENGINEERING MAINTENANCE COMPANY (EMCO) is a division of ETA ASCON Group of Companies. In the year 1991 EMCO made a joint venture with the reputed Indian Fertilizer plant called Southern Petrochemical Industries Company (SPIC) to render its services for Oil, Gas, petrochemical, Fertilizer, Chemical, Power & Water Sector rendering its services in the specialized fields of Major Turnkey shutdowns and Major Erection of refineries and power plants.
Handled many major projects and shutdown’s and completed them successfully. After gaining good hands of experience in execution in terms of safety as well as quality, planning, cost and budget control for projects, I was transferred to ETA EMCO division as Manager-Estimation & Proposals during the year 2006. Since then I was totally involved in Contracts, Tendering, Estimations, business development and Project Co-ordination. During the due course my responsibilities were,
1) Pre-qualifying company for various Government as well as private sectors.
2) Attending Job X meetings, site visits, raising clarifications with Clients for the scope of works

25) Receiving and verifying claims and requests for variations, and proposing negotiation strategies to settle claims.
26) Follows up sub-contractors on the performance evaluation and complete closeout of contracts.
