Major Duties & Responsibilities:-
*Managing day-to-day operation to meet the organizational objectives.
*Decision making according to Head Office level.
*Updating management and clients by daily and monthly reports.
*Correspondence with clients and other branches in Kuwait.
*Overcome the administrative problems.
*Making Clean and prompt communication within the inter-department possible.
*On daily basis prepare work schedules for each client/project driver.
*Conducting regular follow ups with drivers and simultaneously enhancing work standards.
*Monitor the vehicles in garage under maintenance and follow up with venders to finish the job at earliest.
