•Plant Erection according to provided standards and drawings such as PID’s, PFD’s, Civil drawings, Isometrics, Machine layouts, Nozzle Orientation etc.
•Complete Project Management From Negotiations to the successful Commissioning and Opeartion of plant.
•Reporting directly to the CEO.
•Making feasibility of Plant, Erection, Selection of Equipments, designing piping circuits, utilities system and other modifications from time to time.

•Making work and shift schedules, Writing Processes, Procedures, Work instructions and Sop’s for plant operation according to the ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14000 and Food Safety management System keeping in view requirements of cGMP’s and HACCP principles.
•Implementation of ISO 9000: 2001, ISO 14000 Environmental Management System, Food Safety Management System ISO (22000), GMP’s and HACCP Piniciples, Safety measures at work and Auditing the same.
•Given Successful audit of company regarding sale of product to Malaysian Pharmaceutical Companies.
•Woking on waste minimization, process improvement & process change management.
•Cost effectiveness & optimization
•Analyze operating procedures, equipment and machinery functions, and make recommendations for reducing processing time and cost.
•Production Planning & Management
