• Drive Data Privacy and Security programs
• Instantiate and mature ServiceNow Insider Threat Program powered by People Analytics
• Establish a cross-functional Enterprise Architecture Governance body for architecture reviews
• Formalize Application Portfolio Management (APM) on ServiceNow platform with enhanced metadata capture for ownership and stewardship
• Implement monitoring and reporting processes to ensure adherence to regulatory mandates
• Implement Data Management frameworks for regulated markets
• Lead Data Engineering eforts to enhance Data Catalog capabilities on ServiceNow platform for Productization
• Product/process enhancements via Generative AI approaches (NOW LLMs)
• Implement AI Driven GRC/Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
• Data Governance Polices and Controls (including controls for AI Governance)
• Data and AI Ethics Policies and Controls
• Preside as key stakeholder in Data & AI Ethics Steering Committees
• Drive Technology Investment Strategy for Data Management and Security capabilities
• Collaborate with Product Teams to drive product/platform roadmap
• Create/refresh Data Classification Standard and handling rules
• Drive adherence to established Governance Policies, Standards, Procedures, Guidelines and Controls
• Identify product enhancement opportunities via customer engagements (IRM, Data Privacy oferings)
• Collaborate with Product Platform teams to drive enhancements to current oferings and/or identify new product development opportunities
• Drive Enterprise Architecture Review Board (ARB) Data and Security standards
