 Monitoring the functionality and down time of primary and secondary physical server application using the Honeywell Never fail.
 SQL DB backup of database servers, monitoring the Database growth in regular intervals.
 Designing Halul (Offshore) project architecture using VISIO and periodic changes as per the client requirements.
 Performing license upgrade, coordinating with vendor team for up grading Honeywell applications, Perform technical support upon alert and/or customer escalation.
 Perform regular configuration backup & restoration
 Working with Client Focal points and coordinating with end users for trouble shooting system and application related issues.
 Prepare project schedule using MS Project for Preventive maintenance in Offshore
 Notifying QP for filed break schedule of JBK offshore team.
 Preparing BOQ and Coordinating with vendor team for purchasing hardware materials and deliver the materials to HALUL Island for replacement of defective materials.

 Maintaining & monitoring SOPHOS and CYBEROAM (Firewall).
 Windows server 2008 and 2012 Active directory, Group policy creation
 Maintaining & customizing Remote Ethernet Device(RED) and Access Point in SOPHOS
 Planning of resources like Disk Management and Volume management, troubleshooting and monitoring system.
 Extensively used Visio diagrams depicting Infrastructure architecture to clients, vendors and updating of diagrams on periodic changes in network level.
 Preserving network assets - Incident documents, Device Inventory, Diagrams, Capacity Planning.
 Configuring SAMBA, NFS, FTP and RAID in Windows Server 2008 and REDHAT.
 Configuring SOPHOS Enterprise Console centralized antivirus in windows server 2008
