Duties and responsibilities:
• Attend weekly and Monthly meeting with client and Consultant.
• Enforce Company Site Safety Rules and Regulations
• Prepare and submit Weekly and Monthly Environmental and Safety Reports.
• Prepare 5-Star Documentation and reports
• Conducting Safety Inspections of all Lifting Gears and Equipment, Portable Power Tools and Hand Tools in monthly basis
• Assist the safety officer during an investigation to determine root causes, what procedures May have gone wrong, and to gather the evidence necessary to identify the cause of the incident.
• Developed / conducted safety induction training & tool box talks program
• Developed work permit system for hot, cold, excavation, confined space entry etc.
• Developed / implemented color code system, for lifting equipment / fire prevention equipment inspection & record procedures.
• Monitor excavation, re-bar, form work and concrete pouring activities.
• Developed warning & prohibition slogan and safety publicity posters
• Ensuring that the assigned site is compliant to all HSE policies and procedures by conducting
• Site audits as per site allocation. Proactively understanding site activities in advance along with pre-requisite details that can be communicated to Project Management team, contractor, & procurement/ contracts department as detailed by the safety officer from the Look Ahead Program.
• Monitor hygiene and sanitation of the entire site (welfare facilities)
