• Installation of Windows server, Client OS and application software. (Windows server 2003, 2008, 2012R2 and 2016. Windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows 10)
• Install and configure computer system, diagnose hardware or software fault and solve technical problems.

Responsibilities
• Onsite support for clients (PC setup, LAN / ISP connection setup, printer setup etc)
• Phone help-desk work (as above but over the phone)
• Arranging hardware and software purchases
• Setting up and configuring network hardware and software

• Connecting user nodes and peripherals of all kinds to the network
• Adding users to and removing users from the network
