• Operate pumps, blowers, screens, clarifiers, filters, UV/chlorination systems,
and sludge-handling equipment.
• Monitor plant performance through SCADA, HMI, meters, gauges, and field
inspections.
• Adjust chemical dosing and process parameters to maintain treatment
efficiency.
• Maintained hourly, daily, and weekly, monthly logs of plant activities
• Collect water samples and perform routine laboratory testing.
• Coordinate emergency response and plant shutdown activities.
• Supporting other departments during major shutdown activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and environmental regulations.
• Perform routine inspections of water wells, pump stations, lift stations
and storage tanks, recording operational data in logs.
• Plan and coordinate daily plant activities.
• Follow safety, environmental, and permit requirements.

Operate and Maintain Sewage Water treatment equipment according to Safety protocol and regulations.
Monitor and Adjust chemical treatment process to maintain water quality standard.
Maintain accurate records of Plant operation and maintenance activates.
Control Operation of Dewatering system.
Control Operation of sand filter system.
To Operate Water Treatment Plant through SCADA, PLC, HMI.
collect and test water samples to monitor pH, turbidity, chlorine levels, and other parameters.
System also contains Blower, Air Compressor, Pumps.

• Operate and maintain RO water treatment systems through SCADA SOFTWARE
• Observe plants for leaks noise and vibration
• Backwashing and rinsing of sand filter
• Prepare water sample for complete check laboratory analysis
• Maintenance of log books on plant operation and performance
• Ensure proper housekeeping and Safety at site
• Identification of potential system issues or problem
• Repair pumps, valves, filters, and related equipment
• Routine maintenance activities: Oiling, greasing, checking
leakage, replacement of routine parts in rotary equipment

• Maintain and Monitoring Ro systems.
• Check water quality parameters such as TDS, pH, pressure and Flow rate
• Knowledge of CIP.
• Clean and replace Ro membranes and filters when needed.
• Troubleshoot system problem and equipment faults
• Perform routine inspections of pumps, membranes, filters, and
pipelines.
