• Key Internal Interfaces: - Assembly Team, Production Manager, WHL personnel, Service team, Accounts Team & Admin team.
• Key External Interfaces: - Local Suppliers / Vendors.
• Preparing the ‘Components Issued List Mechanical & “Issues to Production” of all assembled units and providing the list of completed pump sets daily through FOCUS ERP.
• Prepares & sends material request (for components consumed/required by Assembly) to the storekeeper to replenish items consumed through FOCUS ERP.
• Verifying physically the incoming stock (Assembly area) and signing of receipts voucher thus ensuring all incoming stocks are stacked for easy picking by the production team.
• Coordinates with the Production Team and submits a monthly report of defective/damaged components (Mechanical & Electrical) to the Accounts Department.
• Handling of Petty Cash, Claims reimbursement and other employee HR related works.
• Coordination with HR regarding employees leave, administration / medical insurance / passport requests and maintaining of attendance record.
• Handling all other administrative duties of production department.
• Proficient in providing office-based administration support to the Sr. Service Engineer/Line Manager.
• Liaising with Engineers, Site Supervisor or Route In charge to establish maintenance work priorities.
• Followed up on projects activities primarily in the stream of materials, asset movements & progress of work.
• Proficient in issuing standard quotation based on client request & site requirements.
• Work on Service Max - A Leader in field service solution. It is a package solution built on force.com platform.
• Master Data: Data Steward for Location, installed products, Contracts, Service Teams, Technicians for elevator division
• Updating of covered products/locations and activation of Contracts in Service Max
• Scheduling, Execution & Monitoring of Monthly (PPM) Planned Preventive Maintenance Work Orders inclusive of dispatching as per technician routes for Dubai, Northern Emirates & Abu Dhabi.
• Managing the PPM & Reactive work orders utilizing Service Max and tracking work orders through proficiency including compilation of reports for the leadership team.
• Ensuring assigned reactive work orders are responded to within the agreed SLA’s between AFET & customer.
• Coordinated with Contractors and assisted for smooth and timely completion of the tasks. Monitoring of Third party works as per Job order and presenting reports to the Senior Service Manager.
• Contributed to the achievement of the approved Performance Objectives for the Department in sync with the Company Performance structure.
