• Currently Heading Oracle ORC global implementation across Zamil Industrial entities in KSA, BAHRAIN, UAE, EGYPT, VIETNAM and INDIA.
• Complete end to end Talent Acquisition process automation across Zamil Industrial global. Hiring and Onboarding process automation and Implementation.
• Headed Talent Acquisition Department Zamil Industrial. Across sectors Zamil Steel, Zamil Air conditioners, Concrete and Insulation.
• Headed recruitment process improvement, with effective staffing solutions by setting SOPs & KPIs to reduce recruitment time line with Business units’ Workforce Demands.
• Managed complete ERC employment process, contract administration, employee grievances, arranging training and development, competency analysis, handling appropriate lead in investigating and resolving Employee issues to maintain standards of agreement with ERC, ESAD and Almawarid contractual employment.
• Managed team of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Specialists to meet Selection, Recruitment, visa processing and on boarding to deliver end-to-end, customer-centric hiring and onboarding.
• Team KRA & KPI target settings, resource planning & execution with quantitative analysis.
