The Franchise Marketing Manager’s role is to coordinate with the Marketing director in order prepare all the marketing plans of the different franchised territories where Zohoor Alreef is being franchised.
The marketing plans will aim at best presenting and marketing our company, retail concepts, franchise business as well as empowering the new launches and working on all the strategy and action plans. The Franchise marketing manager will be working on the marketing, social media, and tools to promote for the brand across the marketing calendar.
Inducted as Marketing Coordinator, charted an exponential growth chart, securing accolades and promotions to the post of Promotions Manager.

Accomplishments:
• Conceptualized and executed ground breaking promotional campaigns for 3 brands including Zohoor Alreef & Le verger shop & Durance.
• Dexterously managed creative resources through all stages of the development and production process within allocated budget of 4 million SR.
• Played a pivotal role in obtaining the first TVC ever for Zohoor Alreef in MBC 1 & 4 & drama for a whole month with budget of 2.5 Million SR.
• Contributed to the stores décor and the development of LVS and Zohoor Alreef stores, reinvigorated merchandise placement/ displays to maximize retail sales of all outlets.
• Successfully developed an annual schedule of in-store promotional activity to create the overall company image that attracted new clients while building the loyalty of current and ex-clients.

• Planning, scheduling, budgeting, and managing the production of strategic promotions, working under the guidance of the Marketing Director, subsequently driving sales through retail promotional campaigns.
• Innovating brand positioning exercises, envisaging/ devising strategic plans for whole gamut of product launch activities, briefing third parties, managing their development work and submitting proposals on time to the Marketing Director for approval.
• Directing content planning and calendaring as part of the promotion review process and annual promotions planning cycle. Partnering with third party designers, writers and media owners design strategic campaigns according to the annual schedule of activity.
• Conferring and negotiating contracts with third party suppliers (production artists, retouches, photographers, printers, finishers, logistics etc.) to discuss program requirements and produce campaign elements, ensuring delivery to stores within budget and time.
• Leading the strategic development of an integrated outline year-plan summarizing all campaign activity with castings and timings in liaison with CRM Manager and other parties involved.
• Reviewing and scheduling of work priorities of personnel in the promotions division, supervising overall activities of multi-disciplined teams to ascertain smooth execution of promotional work as per the set standards.
• Identifying and managing market intelligence requirements, developing quarterly reports and analysis for providing strategic input into promotional plans. Evaluating promotional results to ensure that each promotion is optimized.
