El‐Seif Engineering Contracting Company is one of the top 3 constructions giants in  Saudi Arabia engaged in all government,  banking and enterprises construction work  with 3000+ users around kingdom. Being appointed IT Supervisor for biggest  construction projects in Riyadh (SABIC,  SAMBA H.O; Tabouk Airbase,  KAFD,  SABB‐HQ,   DQ).  Being Projects IT Supervisor for the company my job involves:    Responsibilities :( Manage Team of 5 IT Support Sp. With below Responsibilities)     Planning for hardware and software installation and upgrades   Guaranteeing the smooth running of all systems,  including anti‐virus software,   print services and email provision   Securing data from internal and external attack ,  Offering users appropriate  support and advice 
 Designing maintenance procedures and putting them into operation   Implement SEPM with the latest version 14.2.0.   Configured and deploy Symantec Backup Exec 2018 for Server's.   Configured and Maintain HP Autoloader LTO5/SAS Media Tape Backup  Storage.   Configure and deploy Veritas System Recovery 2018 for Server’s   Recover the file server with hardware failover with the help of backup exec  and System recovery.   Design and implement complete new IT Hardware and network infrastructure  setup on the project site   Installation & Configuration of Cisco devices (Routers ,  Switches)   Installation & Configuration of VPN & Firewall devices.   Install Maintain and Monitor Cisco Meraki Switches and Firewall.   Install,  configure and Support Windows Server 2003/2008: Active Directory,   file,  printer,  storage,    DHCP,  DNS.   Taking care of complete IT requirements for all project personnel’s for our  company (Project manager,  Engineers,  consultants,  draughtsman’s and  clients).   Design,  Monitor and mentor UTP /Fibber cabling work at construction sites.       Support all the server/desktop hardware,  network peripherals including  routers,  switches and wireless access devices.   Providing the 2nd level support in LAN and maintaining the Server and  configuration the new server as per the requirement of the organization.   Daily server operation check list Update server with the latest available  updates.   Creating Security,  Distribution groups.   Install and Configure IP Telephonic System (3CX‐ Grand stream) on Site.   Data storage and content management,  Project folders/Drives administration.   Prepare weekly/monthly IT system and network support report.    Monitoring WAN connectivity (VPN),  DHCP,  DNS servers on the network.   Provide end user training and support whenever required on server  applications.    Reporting to IT Manager/ IT Director and following their instruction regarding  internal company network and system support.   Identification of areas where new or improved support policies and  procedures may be needed or where new ones may need to be developed.   Initiate and highlight IT needs & recommend the latest IT technological  developments to higher management.   Obtain,  and analyse business ‐ IT need as per management instructions as and  when required   Track IT project milestones ,  deliverables and Identify and resolve issues  concerning the project   Handling IT Logistic and follow up for the invoice’s related to internet and IT  assets and Software.  Convert all email user from exchange outlook to O365. 

o Managing a team of 3 desktops and Network support technicians, assign them day to day IT support task and monitor their performance on regular basis.
o Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and trouble shooting of remote computers with Team viewer & Symantec PC Anywhere.
o Identification of areas where new or improved support policies and procedures may be needed or where new ones may need to be developed.
o Support all the server/desktop hardware, network peripherals including routers, switches and wireless access devices.
o Install configure and support Microsoft VPN server and client as per customers requirement
o Install, configure and support Symantec End point protection managed antivirus
o Handle tickets, requests, and inquiries for user Level II support.
o Performing Daily/Weekly Backup of Exchange, Active Directory through NT Backup
o VLAN’s, Trunking & VTP configuration over cisco switches
o Reporting to IT Manager and following their instruction regarding internal company network and system support and customer projects
o Receive, evaluate, implement and maintains operating system software and tools.
o Maintains statistics on server performance and capacity utilization and makes recommendation for improvements.
o Documents, analyzes and compiles fault correction reports with an aim to develop trouble shooting procedures.
o Preparation of service schedules and rising service order of all IT equipment’s
o System documentation, participation evaluation, development plan and implementation of approved tasks by management
o Exchange server 2003/2007 installation, configuration and support. Creating mailboxes and user group and configuring their email boxes on their systems.
o Plans and implements security policy and user environment.
o Participate and lead planning and implementation of backup and recovery strategies.
o Participates in planning security modules for servers and end users.

 Design and implement network layout and structured cabling
 Monitor UTP /Fiber cabling work at construction sites.
 Performing Cable punching, crimping, patch panel and rack installation
Work at construction site.
 Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves network problems (LAN).
 Maintaining all the computer hardware, network peripherals including switches and wireless access devices.
 Exchange server 2003 administration and support. Creating mailboxes and user group and configuring their email boxes on their systems.
 Support end users of the IT infrastructure by resolving IT issues related to the performance of IT hardware, software applications, and related communication infrastructure
 Set up and support for wireless network and DSL modem and routers.
 Taking daily Backup of FOCOUS ERP and All the servers
 Configuring Citrix client software for all citrix users
 Installing & Configuring Symantec End-Point Protection 11.0 AV solution
