Started as Technical analyst in .NET (C#). Worked on desktop applications as well as web based systems like eCommerce. Currently I am Team Lead cum Architect and have recently completed design and development of our ecommerce product using ASP.NET MVC.
Guided my team and successfully optimized the load time of our eCommerce product (web site) from 6 seconds to 1.5 seconds.
Responsible for imbibing new technologies and implementing them in our product as well as reviewing code written by my team members.
Involved in onsite requirement gathering, implementation of projects as well mentoring of my team using daily scrum and task allocation with feedback at the end of day.
Programming in Perl for an American Company providing Health Care Solutions according to US standards.

12. View the complete company tree
13. View and edit every detail about any member.
I was also responsible for maintenance of the website.
